When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. Redistribution, public screening, or resale is prohibited without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds follow the policy described in the Catalog and FAQ: 7-day refunds for self-paced courses (if under 20% complete) and up to 72 hours before the first session for live cohorts.

Courses provide educational information only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Content is provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, QuietBloom Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

All course content, branding, and materials are owned by QuietBloom Collective or its licensors and protected by law. You may not use our marks or content without permission.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the site or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
